1. Product Availability

All items are handmade and subject to stock and production capacity. If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or let you know when it will be restocked.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on many items unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.

3. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Change of Mind

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it’s unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise arranged.

3.2 Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace the item or issue a refund after review.

3.3 Custom Orders

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged.

4. Shipping Timeframes

• Domestic (Türkiye ): 2–7 business days

• International: 4–22 business days (depending on courier and destination)

• Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days.

5. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

6. Taxes & Duties

Prices include VAT where applicable. For international orders, import taxes and duties may apply, depending on the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before your item ships. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
